2025年10月15日，國務(wù)院進(jìn)行第十六次專題學(xué)習(xí)。國務(wù)院總理李強(qiáng)在主持學(xué)習(xí)時強(qiáng)調(diào)，要加快推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作改革創(chuàng)新，促進(jìn)實體經(jīng)濟(jì)提質(zhì)升級，持續(xù)增強(qiáng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展內(nèi)生動力。

Chinese Premier Li Qiang on October 15, 2025 urged efforts to accelerate the reform and innovation in standardization work, aiming to promote the quality upgrading in the real economy and strengthen the endogenous momentum for high-quality development. Li made the remarks while presiding over the 16th State Council study session.

每年10月14日是世界標(biāo)準(zhǔn)日。2025年10月14日是第56個世界標(biāo)準(zhǔn)日，主題為“美好世界的共同愿景：增強(qiáng)伙伴關(guān)系，共促可持續(xù)發(fā)展”。

【重要講話】

構(gòu)建全國統(tǒng)一大市場，深化要素市場化改革，建設(shè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)市場體系。完善產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、市場準(zhǔn)入、公平競爭、社會信用等市場經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)制度，優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境。

We will build a unified national market, advance reforms for the market-based allocation of production factors, and put in place a high-standard market system. We will refine the systems underpinning the market economy, such as those for property rights protection, market access, fair competition, and social credit, in order to improve the business environment.
