2025年12月9日，來(lái)自世界各地區(qū)近40個(gè)全球治理之友小組創(chuàng)始成員國(guó)代表在紐約聯(lián)合國(guó)總部參加“全球治理之友小組”啟動(dòng)會(huì)議。

Representatives from nearly 40 founding member states attended a meeting to launch the Group of Friends of the Global Governance at the UN headquarters in New York, on December 9, 2025.

2025年12月9日，中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表團(tuán)在紐約聯(lián)合國(guó)總部舉辦“全球治理之友小組”（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“之友小組”）啟動(dòng)會(huì)議，之友小組正式成立。成員包括以下43國(guó)：安提瓜和巴布達(dá)、白俄羅斯、布基納法索、布隆迪、佛得角、中非、乍得、中國(guó)、科摩羅、剛果（布）、古巴、朝鮮、吉布提、幾內(nèi)亞比紹、伊朗、哈薩克斯坦、肯尼亞、吉爾吉斯斯坦、老撾、萊索托、利比亞、馬來(lái)西亞、馬爾代夫、毛里塔尼亞、蒙古、摩洛哥、莫桑比克、尼加拉瓜、尼日爾、巴基斯坦、巴勒斯坦、薩摩亞、塞內(nèi)加爾、所羅門(mén)群島、塔吉克斯坦、坦桑尼亞、泰國(guó)、土庫(kù)曼斯坦、烏干達(dá)、烏茲別克斯坦、委內(nèi)瑞拉、贊比亞和津巴布韋。

成立“全球治理之友小組”是落實(shí)全球治理倡議的重要一步，為改革和完善全球治理體系打造了匯聚集體智慧、動(dòng)員共同努力的包容性平臺(tái)。中方提出全球治理倡議，強(qiáng)調(diào)奉行主權(quán)平等、遵守國(guó)際法治、踐行多邊主義、倡導(dǎo)以人為本、注重行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向五大核心理念，這是中國(guó)向世界提供的又一重要公共產(chǎn)品，為改革和完善全球治理貢獻(xiàn)了中國(guó)智慧和中國(guó)方案。在全球治理倡議指引下，中方倡議成立之友小組，旨在同各方一道，圍繞全球治理領(lǐng)域的重大議題加強(qiáng)交流合作，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建更加公正合理的全球治理體系。

歷史告訴我們，越是困難時(shí)刻，越要秉持和平共處的初心，堅(jiān)定合作共贏的信心，堅(jiān)持在歷史前進(jìn)的邏輯中前進(jìn)、在時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流中發(fā)展。為此，我愿提出全球治理倡議，同各國(guó)一道，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建更加公正合理的全球治理體系，攜手邁向人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體。

History tells us that at difficult times, we must uphold our original commitment to peaceful coexistence, strengthen our confidence in win-win cooperation, advance in line with the trend of history, and thrive in keeping pace with the times. To this end, I wish to propose the Global Governance Initiative (GGI). I look forward to working with all countries for a more just and equitable global governance system and advancing toward a community with a shared future for humanity.
