2025年8月10日發(fā)布的《綠水青山繪就美麗畫卷——生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的中國創(chuàng)新與世界意義》智庫報告指出，20年來，全國各地堅定不移保護綠水青山，加快建立健全生態(tài)經(jīng)濟體系，通過高水平環(huán)境保護，不斷塑造發(fā)展的新動能、新優(yōu)勢。

China has stepped up efforts over the past 20 years to build an ecological economic system, fostering new growth drivers and advantages for development through high-level environmental protection, according to a think tank report titled "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains for Beautiful China and World: China's Ecological Civilization Concept and Practice, and How They Inspire the World" released on August 10, 2025.

產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化和生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)化就是產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)化經(jīng)營和生態(tài)資源的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營。其中，產(chǎn)業(yè)是基礎(chǔ)和支撐，生態(tài)是依據(jù)和規(guī)定，而綠色發(fā)展則是它們的共同指向。為此，要聚焦產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化、綠色化、智能化、融合化，大力發(fā)展先進制造業(yè)、高效種養(yǎng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)等，提高資源利用效率，實現(xiàn)生態(tài)保護和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展互促共進。加快產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化和生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)化，需要以更高站位、更寬視野與更大力度統(tǒng)籌謀劃推進生產(chǎn)生活與自然生態(tài)平衡，圍繞全域生態(tài)空間、數(shù)字化生態(tài)化協(xié)同、發(fā)展“專精特新”企業(yè)等重點，持續(xù)提升生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平，為綠色高質(zhì)量發(fā)展開拓新路徑。
