生態(tài)環(huán)境部2025年2月12日稱，為推動解決噪聲污染問題，截至目前，全國共建設(shè)完成寧靜小區(qū)2132個。

China has completed the construction of 2,132 "quiet communities" across the country as part of its efforts to tackle noise pollution, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said on February 12, 2025.

為推動解決群眾家門口的噪聲污染問題，共同維護居住小區(qū)生活環(huán)境和諧安寧，生態(tài)環(huán)境部推動打造一批“消除雜音、睡得安心”的寧靜小區(qū)。截至目前，全國共建設(shè)完成寧靜小區(qū)2132個，不斷提升群眾的生態(tài)環(huán)境獲得感、幸福感、安全感。

隨著藍天、碧水、凈土保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)取得顯著成效，噪聲污染問題逐漸成為制約生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與美麗中國建設(shè)的一個短板。防治噪聲污染，是事關(guān)群眾切身利益的大事。2024年生態(tài)環(huán)境部研究起草的《關(guān)于推進寧靜小區(qū)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見（征求意見稿）》提出，打造一批“消除雜音、睡得安心”的寧靜小區(qū)；到2027年，各省（自治區(qū)、直轄市）寧靜小區(qū)建設(shè)評價管理體系基本完善；到2035年，寧靜小區(qū)成為居住小區(qū)的普遍標準。

近五年來，全國城市聲環(huán)境質(zhì)量總體向好，聲環(huán)境功能區(qū)晝間、夜間達標率均呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。為了連續(xù)監(jiān)測聲環(huán)境質(zhì)量，更科學(xué)地反映聲環(huán)境狀況，生態(tài)環(huán)境部推動功能區(qū)聲環(huán)境質(zhì)量自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)建設(shè)工作，截至2024年12月底，338個地級及以上城市完成4005個點位的自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。此外，依法逐步將排放工業(yè)噪聲的企業(yè)事業(yè)單位和其他經(jīng)營者納入排污許可管理，推動排污單位申請取得排污許可證或者填報排污登記表。截至目前，約17.7萬家工業(yè)企業(yè)將噪聲納入排污許可證管理，“十四五”期間工業(yè)噪聲排污許可管理將實現(xiàn)全覆蓋。

It is important to thoroughly implement the thought on socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics for a new era, adhere to the people-centered principle, uphold and act on the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and place the building of a Beautiful China in a prominent position of building a great modern socialist country in all respects and rejuvenating the nation. We should make remarkable achievements in promoting the significant improvement of urban and rural living environment and building a Beautiful China, support high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environment, and accelerate the advancement of modernization featuring harmony between humanity and nature.
