據國家數據局消息，國家公共數據資源登記平臺于2025年3月1日正式上線運行。

2025年3月1日，國家公共數據資源登記平臺正式上線運行，登記工作全面展開，這標志著數據要素市場化配置改革邁出重要一步。開展公共數據資源登記，是貫徹落實《中共中央辦公廳 國務院辦公廳關于加快公共數據資源開發利用的意見》的重要舉措。國家發展改革委、國家數據局聯合印發《公共數據資源登記管理暫行辦法》《公共數據資源授權運營實施規范》《關于建立公共數據資源授權運營價格形成機制的通知》后，國家信息中心積極搭建技術平臺，地方、部門和相關企事業單位主動對接落實資源登記工作，為平臺如期上線創造了條件，也為逐步形成公共數據資源全國“一本賬”，促進供需對接和公共數據規范化、透明化應用奠定基礎。

國家公共數據資源登記平臺主要負責辦理中央和國家機關及其直屬機構、中央企業的登記業務，同時暫時代為受理部分未完成平臺建設省份的登記申請。公共數據資源登記平臺是開展登記工作的信息化載體，實行“一個標準、兩級架構”。國家數據局制定統一的登記技術和業務標準，負責建設國家公共數據資源登記平臺，確保與各省級平臺對接，實現登記信息互聯互通和統一賦碼，各省級數據管理部門牽頭建設省級登記平臺，目標在2025年年內構建起職責明確、分工負責、運轉有序的全國公共數據資源登記體系。
