1月起基本養老保險實施全國統籌
China has started nationwide pooling of basic pension funds since Jan 1, Vice Minister of Finance Yu Weiping said at a press conference.
財政部副部長余蔚平2月22日在新聞發布會上表示，企業職工基本養老保險全國統籌1月已啟動實施。
The move will allow pension funds to be transferred from regions with a surplus to regions with a deficit, Yu said on Tuesday, adding the ministry is drawing up related documents and will strengthen guidance to localities.
制度實施后，將在全國范圍內對地區間養老保險基金當期余缺進行調劑。他還補充道，財政部正在抓緊研究制定養老保險全國統籌相關配套文件，加強對地方實施工作的跟蹤指導。
Qi Tao, an official from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said the move will make sure that retirees in less-developed regions will get their pensions sufficiently and in a timely manner.
人力資源和社會保障部養老保險司副司長亓濤說，全國統籌制度實施后，困難地區的養老金發放更有保障。
>Enterprises should disclose environment information
企業要依法及時披露環境信息
China has unveiled a regulation requiring enterprises to disclose their environmental information in a timely manner and in accordance with the law, according to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Wednesday. The disclosure of environmental information is common practice globally in implementing corporate responsibility, said Yan Gang, deputy chief of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning under the ministry.
生態環境部環境規劃院副院長嚴剛2月23日表示，《企業環境信息依法披露管理辦法》近期已正式實施，企業要依法及時披露環境信息。嚴剛表示，依法開展環境信息披露是國際上落實企業環境責任的通行做法。
Enterprises with large-scale emissions of pollutants, high environmental risks, and those discharging toxic and harmful substances, among others, are identified as the subjects of environmental information disclosure, according to Yan. To ensure the public's right to know and forestall environmental and market risks, companies are required to disclose relevant environmental information in a timely manner when their actions may have a significant impact on society, the public and investors.
污染物排放量大、環境風險高、排放有毒有害物質的企業被確定為環境信息披露主體，當企業環境行為可能對社會、公眾及投資者產生重大影響時，要及時披露相關重要環境信息，進一步保障公眾知情權，防范環境風險和市場風險。
>Ukraine imposes state of emergency
烏克蘭進入全國緊急狀態
The Ukrainian Parliament on Wednesday supported a bill to introduce a state of emergency in the country starting Feb 24 amid ongoing tensions with Russia. The legislation, introducing the state of emergency in all Ukrainian regions except for the conflict-hit Lugansk and Donetsk regions, for 30 days, was supported by 335 lawmakers in the 450-seat parliament.
當地時間2月23日，鑒于與俄羅斯持續緊張的關系，烏克蘭議會以335票贊成的投票結果，批準從當地時間24號零時開始，在全國（除頓涅茨克和盧甘斯克地區外）實施為期30天的緊急狀態。烏克蘭議會共有450個議席。
